1. Acceptance of Terms
By using rotgen.org, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
Rotgen.org is an AI-powered video generation platform. All voices are AI-generated impressions, not actual recordings of any person.
3. Subscriptions & Credits
Subscription plans are billed monthly through Stripe. Credits are consumed when videos are generated and do not roll over. Credits have no cash value.
4. Digital Goods
All purchases are for digital goods delivered immediately. By purchasing, you acknowledge instant delivery and waive cooling-off periods.
5. Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds for subscriptions, credits, or other purchases. If a technical error prevents delivery, credits may be restored at our discretion.
6. Chargebacks
Filing chargebacks for legitimate transactions may result in account termination and forfeiture of credits.
7. Cancellation
Cancel anytime via account settings. Access continues until the end of the billing period. No partial refunds are issued.
8. Content Ownership
You own videos generated through your account. You are responsible for how you use, distribute, or publish content.
9. Acceptable Use
Do not create content that impersonates individuals to deceive, contains harassment or hate speech, promotes illegal activity, or spreads harmful misinformation.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect damages or losses exceeding amounts paid in the preceding 30 days.
