Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for subscription fees, credits, or any other purchases made on rotgen.org.
Because we deliver digital content immediately upon purchase or use, you expressly waive any right to a cooling-off period or refund once your subscription is activated, credits are allocated, or a video generation is submitted.
If the Service fails to deliver a video due to a technical error on our end, the credits consumed may be refunded to your account balance at our discretion. This does not constitute a monetary refund.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
